Eligibility: a conversion counts only when the referred customer completes a first paid subscription. Duplicate rule: the same buyer counts once - a repeat purchase never produces a second commission (net effect 0). Currency split: payouts are settled in the currencies supported by the program (EUR, GBP, JPY) using the conversion-date rate; USD list prices are converted for reporting only. Payout timing: approvals run on UTC - payouts are batched daily and become payable after the 30-day settlement hold, based on UTC calendar days.
