Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of FeatureVote, operated by Universal Global Services Ltd (UGS). By creating a workspace or using the service you accept these Terms. If you use FeatureVote for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.

2. The service

FeatureVote lets you collect feedback, run public voting boards and publish a roadmap. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during its paid period without notice.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content submitted through your portals.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Plans and payment

• Starter is free and includes one public portal.
• Paid plans (for example Growth at $39 per month) are billed in advance and, unless stated otherwise, renew monthly until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; changes apply from your next renewal. See the Refund policy for withdrawal rights.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without a written agreement.
• Do not introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the service.

6. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data. You remain responsible for your own website visitors and for the notices you provide on your site.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided on a best-effort basis. Support is available at [email protected]. Planned maintenance is announced where reasonably possible.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, UGS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your workspace in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or fail to pay. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
