Refund Policy

1. EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving a reason. Contact [email protected] within that period and we will refund the amount paid for that purchase.

2. Free plan

The Starter plan is free of charge, so no refund applies.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the workspace name and the payment date. We confirm receipt and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5-10 business days after we process the refund). Payment processing fees are refunded together with the amount paid where required by law.

5. Service issues

If the service did not work as described, contact us first — we may offer a fix, a credit or a refund. Refunds of amounts beyond the statutory minimum are handled case by case and are not an entitlement.

6. Renewals and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. The current billing period is not refunded after the 14-day withdrawal window, except where required by law.
